• Inhalieren: 1 Esslöffel Honig mit 2-3 Tropfen Oreganoöl mischen und in ca.1 Liter kochendes Wasser einrühren. 3-5 Min. einwirken lassen.
• Massagen: 3-5 Tr. Äth. Öl auf 20 ml Basisöl (Avocado-, Jojoba-, Johanniskraut-, Mandel-, Sesam-, Weizenkeimöl).
Gut gegen Entzündungen (Mandelentzündung), Halsschmerzen oder Nebenhöhlenentzündung
• Gurgeln und Spülen: 3-4 Tr. Äth. Öl mit 100 ml lauwarmem Wasser vermischen und dann gurgeln, mehrere Male morgens und abends.
Chronisch entzündliche Krankheiten wie Rheuma, Arthrose, Arthritis
• Heisse Kompresse: auf 0,5 Liter Wasser 2-4 Tr. ätherisches Öl. 1 Stunde einwirken lassen.
• Duftende Bäder: Oreganoöl stets mit einem Emulgator mischen, z. B. mit 2 EL Sahne oder Honig, flüssiger Seife oder einer Handvoll Meersalz. Vollbad: 5-15 Tr. Äth. Öl; Sitzbad: 3-5 Tr. Äth. Öl.
Pilzerkrankungen ( auch Haut-, Nagel- oder Fußpilz)
• Äußere Anwendung: Bei Pilzerkrankungen der Haut können Sie Oreganoöl zweimal täglich dünn auftragen.
Herpes
• Direkte Anwendung: lokal auf Herpesbläschen auftragen.
Hauterkrankungen (z. B. Ekzeme, Akne), Allergien und Hautausschläge
• Äußere Anwendung: Das Gesicht erst mit klarem Wasser waschen und anschließend mit der Wasser-Öl-Mischung (2 Tropfen unverdünntes Oregano Öl mit ca 230g Wasser). Die Lösung nicht wieder abwaschen, sondern eintrocknen lassen. Das Ganze 2x täglich anwenden. Erste Erfolge sollten nach 7 Tagen sichtbar werden.

Habe mir das Öl auf Tipp eines Bekannten hin bestellt und nehme es mit Olivenöl verdünnt mittlerweile regelmäßig ein. Einen Schnupfen hat es bereits bei mir schnell bekämpft und ich habe bisher nur gute Erfahrungen damit gemacht. Im Netz gibt es zahlreiche Anwendungsgebiete und Tipps. Er riecht intensiven und man sollte es niemals unverdünnt anwenden, da es sonst äußerst brennt und reizt. Also bisher rundum positive Erfahrungen hiermit gemacht, auch wenn es teurere gibt, die ich nicht vergleichen kann. Lieferung ging schnell und problemlos. Kann man ohne weiteres bestellen.

I received a 10ml bottle of undiluted, pure Oregano (Origanum vulgare) essential oil. The bottle has a plastic reducer/dropper orifice to control dosage. This essential oil is grow and made in Bulgaria. I assume it's steam-distilled, but they don't say on the bottle or package insert. I only use this sort of mint for medicinal purposes so can only recommend it for that reason. Very effective in reducing internal gas and bloating for me. Maybe it'll work for you just as well but be careful and read the instructions and follow them!
